My career in digital marketing began in 2001 at Pearl & Dean, the UK’s best known cinema advertising company. In 2004 I moved into the media world for two years, working in business development at Haymarket Publications. Working closely with the editorial team and engaging with agencies and search engines, ignited my passion for Search Engine Marketing.
In 2006, I moved agency side to work for a Search Marketing agency. I played a key role in the growth of the company, before leaving in June 2010 to start my own digital marketing agency, Mode Digital. I grew Mode Digital from a two-person start-up to an integrated team, which at its peak had 13 employees and upwards of a six-digit turnover. I have worked with high street clients such as Harvey Nichols, Clarks (UK and Global divisions), Hobbycraft and Screwfix.
In January 2016, I setup SK Consulting, providing digital marketing consultancy to businesses looking for a major change to their performance. As well as providing consultancy, I also provide fully managed solutions in SEO and Paid Search. I can work remotely and/or onsite for clients across London and Kent.
